Our equipment enables us to conduct radiographic inspections on welds with any wall thickness. Often these involve thick-walled connections between sections of castings that cannot be cast in one piece due to their size or their complexity. However, our evaluations of 5 mm thick welding samples from trainees are also in demand.
For the most part, longitudinal welds on thick-walled vessels are usually tested directly and immediately on the truck, in order to avoid unnecessary loading and unladen runs.
